The Blue Tee is the third armor available to all Epic Pet Wars players at level 2. It gives +3 Defense and +1 Attack. I don't know how painting a White Tee blue would give it a defense AND attack boost.

The Blue Tee is usually not bought until Level 5.

If you are level 2 you should use it in level 2.
